CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to NailedxShelby Booking Policy We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the total service amount due to lack of communication. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
